The Meaning Behind The Blueprint
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to start investing. Maybe you want to get better at managing your money. Or maybe you are concerned that you won’t be able to pay off your student loans.
The Blueprint is a space where students from anywhere in the world can openly voice challenges they’ve faced, lessons they’ve learned, and how financial literacy has impacted them.
I needed the name of the blog to speak to the importance of building, and mapping out your future when it comes to financial wellness. One of my greatest role models, Nipsey Hussle, always emphasized the importance of approaching life like a marathon, and to always be planning for the future. I think it is crucial for individuals to take a similar approach when it comes to their personal finances.

I chose ‘The Blueprint’ because my hope is that by reading, and listening to the successes and struggles of other students, you yourself, can start to think of the big picture when it comes to financial wellness.
